The nicest and most posh of all the downtown hotels. The Golden Nugget is the most like a Strip property of all the downtown hotels. The $30 million dollar pool renovation easily make it the nicest pool area in Vegas, and competitive strip pool areas, if smaller.
The pool area gets good reviews, which can lead to over-crowding. The South Tower rooms gets mixed reviews, as opposed to the good reviews for the North and Rush Towers.
The nicest hotel rooms in downtown Vegas, lots of marble. The largest rooms are in the newly remodeled Rush Tower, 20% larger than the North and South Tower rooms. The Rush and North Towers feature upgraded pillow-top mattresses.
Gordie Brown + Visiting Headliners
