Casual and laid-back pool area with one pool, that has a real deep end, 9 feet.
Achilles 24 Spa:
Located on the 12th floor of the South Tower. The focus is more on fitness than exotic spa treatments.
Poker Room and Sports Book
Poker Room:
Plain area in the back of the casino with seven tables. Noted for fairly soft competition.
Sports and Race Book:
About 25 seats for sports and 16 for racing.

Adjacent to the Sports Book. They advertise that they are smoker friendly.
Mavens Overview
The Riviera is one of the older Strip Hotels, located in the north strip. Noted for cheaper rooms and lower table minimums.
Internet Buzz
Low expectations seem to assure a pleasant stay at the Riviera. Many comments ab out the rooms being nicer than thought they would be, or for the price paid. The location is towards the north end, hence not prime.
Hotel Overview
The hotel predates the Mirage inspired Vegas revival, hence the clientele skews towards budget minded visitors. Current room renovations are bringing the older rooms closer to modern Vegas standards.
