Located in the center of the Fremont Street Experience. Offering good accommodations, by downtown Vegas standards. As with most downtown hotels the emphasis is on gambling, with games the are usually more favorable to guests than those on the Strip. Hugo's Cellar, an Old School Vegas restaurant, is located on the lower level of the Four Queens.
The four Queens is known for having some of the most favorable games in Las Vegas, including single deck blackjack with favorable rules, plus some Video Poker with 100+% expected return, like 10/7 Double Bonus and the old standard, but getting harder and harder to find 9/6 Jacks or Better.
The rooms were recently remodeled, but not the bathrooms. The bathrooms are old and small, but clean. Rooms facing Fremont Street can be noisy during show times. The rooms on the lower floors actually look directly into the Fremont Street Experience. The Hotel staff get favorable reviews.
Newly remodeled rooms feature 32" flat panel TV and coffee makers. The beds are not triple sheeted like they are at The Fremont across the street., but still have Old School bed spreads. Vending machines and ice machines alternate floors.
Nightclub that mostly features the LA comedy club. The club's booking agent says "When I book my talent, I look for guys that I think are funny. I don't book guys based on their resumes, I believe that I am booking 'the best of the best' road comedians."
